PHILOSOPHY
My personal philosophy on sports includes health in all aspects of an athlete's life. There has to be a balance of spiritual, physical, mental, and emotional wellness in order for an athlete to succeed.
WHAT I BRING TO THE GYM
- love for the game and development of each young lady I encounter
- positivity, motivation, and encouragement
- 14 years of competitive playing experience (grade 3 through college)
- 6 years of club coaching at multiple age levels
WHEN I'M NOT COACHING VOLLEYBALL
I spend every moment I can watching my daughters Jayla and Keryss participate in their many extracurricular activities. Both of my girls came up through Renaissance VBC and I couldn't be prouder.
SOMETHING YOU PROBABLY DON'T KNOW ABOUT ME
I traveled to China in the summer of 2005 with my college volleyball team. We got to play teams in Beijing and Shanghai. It was an unforgettable experience.
