Refund Policy

Cancellations and drop-outs

-Within 7 days of program start - no refund

-8-14 days prior to program start - 40% refund of program fee

-With more than 14 days notice - full refund less $30 administrative fee

Missed classes

No credits, makeups, or refunds are issued for absences due to minor illness or injury, vacations, school trips, personal preference, or activity conflicts.

Program satisfaction

While we strive to exceed everyone's expectations, sometimes a program is not a fit for a specific athlete or family. If an athlete chooses to stop participating, there are no credits or refunds issued for any sessions attended or not attended.

Injuries & illness

No credits, makeups or refunds are issued for absences due to minor illness or injury. Extenuating circumstances (i.e. major illness or injury) preventing participation may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, provided prompt notice of the situation was communicated by email to info@renaissancevolleyball.com. Renaissance reserves the right to request a medical note advising participation withdrawal prior to issuing any potential refund or credit.
