EXPERIENCE

I played 4 years of volleyball at Freeport Area High school. During my time at Freeport, we had 2 WPIAL Championships and 1 State Championship.

After high school, I went on to play four years of volleyball at Westminster College. I started as the outside hitter for all 4 years. During my time at Westminster, we had 2 PAC Championships, and an NCAA tournament appearance.

I have two years of experience coaching club volleyball, along with coaching at the Westminster College summer camps.

PHILOSOPHY

As a coach, my philosophy goes beyond just the physical and technical components of the game. I believe that sports are a powerful platform for shaping individuals both on and off the court. While skill development and discipline are important to any team or player, I place equal importance on building character, encouraging teamwork, and helping athletes grow into respectful, responsible people. I believe that being a great teammate is just as important as any physical talent.

I bring a combination of knowledge and passion for the game, as well as positivity.

WHEN I'M NOT COACHING VOLLEYBALL

I’m likely watching a good movie, baking some sort of bread/dessert, and spending time with my family and friends.
