PHILOSOPHY
In coaching, I share the love I have for volleyball with the athletes I coach. I want them to learn, not only the skills needed to play, but also how to be good teammates. I aim to foster growth on and off the court so they can be positive influences to those around them.
WHAT I BRING TO THE GYM
I bring a love for the game, an understanding of all skills needed. I want to be a positive role model for all the athletes that come through our door.
WHEN I'M NOT COACHING VOLLEYBALL
I am currently back in grad school for a Master’s in Sport and Performance Psychology. I enjoy reading and binge watching TV shows. Enjoy family game nights with my fiancé, my two boys and his two girls, along with our 3 dogs.
SOMETHING YOU PROBABLY DON'T KNOW ABOUT ME
My sister is Jen Flynn Oldenburg, women’s volleyball head coach at The Ohio State.
