Short Season is geared toward female athletes in grades 7 to 9 who want to join a team, train, and compete.

Short Season teams are perfect for multi-sport athletes and those families who prefer to stay local.

What is
Short Season?

Short Season provides team-based training and competition for female athletes in 7th to 9th grade.

Teams practice 1-2x weekly and play 3 regular season, half-day tournaments in the greater Pittsburgh area.. Plus, we cap off the season with a 4th event - playoffs to crown the champion!

Registration includes all practices, tournaments, and uniform.

2026 cost to register: $1,000

2026 Season Schedule

Practices start in mid-January and timing depends on where you choose to practice
-Cranberry (Wednesdays + select Saturdays)
-Greentree (Sundays + 4 practices TBA)
-Beaver County (Mondays + select Saturdays)

Tournaments on:
-Saturday, Feb 7th - 2pm start
-Saturday, Feb 21st - half-day format round robin
-Saturday, Mar 7th - half-day format round robin
-Saturday. Mar 21st - playoffs, 2 match guarantee
*Exact tournament schedules with times will be posted closer to the date.
